Enjoyed our meal...excellent service
Great food, great service, large portions. Will definitely be returning.
Always a staple when I visit my parents. Love it here. Especially since the remodel Cold mountain looks great inside and out. The staff is always very friendly and the prices make for a great experience. The food is made with love and care. Great job.
Great atmosphere. Awesome service and great food at reasonable prices. Been here several times and always had great service.
When we entered into the restaurant we were greeted by the hostess who was very Happy and very Welcoming.. She was Amazing at her job... The food was so very Yummy and very plentiful!!! The environment was very nice and relaxing that is why I gave them 5stars!!! We will be going back to try dinner menu... I highly recommend this restaurant!!ππππππππππππππππππ
Excellent food. I eat here about once per week an am very impressed by the consistent quality of food. Good home cooking!
Great biscuits..good gravy
I moved to Emmett a year ago. I found this restaurant that was pretty nice to come to. The staff was friendly, the service was great and the food was decent.**However, Iβm not sure what happened to this Once nice place. The service is now terrible and EXTRA SLOW and terrible!Save your money And frustrations. Please find another place to eat. This definitely is not how small businesses should treat their paying customers.*** Update... After waiting for more than a hour, I had to find another server to refill my drink, she informed me our food was on the grill. Well another half hour, no food.I watched several people get up and walk out because of this extra poor service. We finally walked out.Way to go Cold Creek Mountain Restaurant.YOUβVE LOST A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER INCLUDING GRATUITY.
My family and I always have a good experience at Cold Mountain Creek. It is a wonderful casual atmosphere. Our waitress, Tonya, always takes such good care of us.
Always awsome eats and sevice.
Felt very comfortable and relaxing. It was one of the highlights of my day. Good food and portions. Good price and service. Will definitely be revisiting, more than once. There was nothing I would change about my experience.
Good food - kinda long wait
Most definitely the best steak and eggs I have had in a long time!
Slow slow slow service. 3 waitresses and 2 runners. The buffet wasn't kept up. Had to remind the staff the buffet was running low . An elderly couple came in they waited & waited never was waited on. I was watching the time. The elderly couple came in they say and waited for 20 mins. While the waitresses would come and go. Didn't even pay attention to the couple. This restaurant needs to be better organized.
Lovely relaxing atmosphere. I love to sit back by the wood stove.
All I ordered was soft bacon sausage and hash browns. They could not even get that right. Food was so greasy there was a puddle of grease on my plate. I WILL BE HERE AGAIN.
Service, excellent as always, food same each time I order same dish.Highly recommend.
Super nice people and good food
It was very busy but they got our meal out pretty timely. Everything looked and tasted very good.
We had an awesome waitress, she was always checking with us to see if we needed anything and if everything was ok
This was a great little place we stopped at for brunch. Those menu had breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The prices were reasonable and the service was great. A real hometown feel in the atmosphere. I would definitely come here again and try another meal.
It was good food, but we had to wait for everything. My husband ordered a mushroom burger and it was not good, my son's bacon burger was much better.
50 minutes for basic breakfast food. Waitress put our food order in at 7:06pm we got our food at 7:56. Other tables had been sat, served and were leaving before we got our food. Our waitress gave us several drinks and made sure to check on us often. When I spoke with the manager she didn't seem to care much and blamed other people for the kitchens lack of efficiency. First time there, and we won't be back. Unfortunate because the food was actually pretty good.
It's a nice place to eat. Service was good.
Sunday is a busy day for this restaurant. So I understand dirty tables. When we walked in there was a table which needed wiped off so we waited. It was obviously a table where children had been sitting. The amount of food on the floor was abundant. The waitress gave the table a hasty swipe and told us we could sit anywhere we wanted. I figured she would be back to sweep the food up from the floor but she returned to take our drink order so I kicked the food from under the table out so we could put our feet down. I then put a little water from my glass on a napkin to finish wiping the table off. All I can say about the meal we ordered was it filled our bellies. The food was bland. My husband ordered a chorizo and it was more like a hot dog. We probably won't go back.
This place was busy on a Sunday. It's cute and feels like a big family style restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was a little bland. I ordered the Patty Melt and it hardly had any of the "special sauce" on it, plus it didn't really taste that special to me. I had to add some ketchup just to give it some more flavor. Kind of sad. My friend wasn't impressed with her biscuits and gravy -there was no sausage in the gravy. Also, as we were eating, a waiter came by and started sweeping the table under our feet. That is not very professional at all. I work in the service industry and the goal is to make the customers feel comfortable and welcome. You wait until AFTER the customer leaves to sweep under their table. Our server was also pretty forgetful -forgot part of our order. Didn't check on us. Forgot waters that we asked for. This place has potential but needs work.
Small town eatery that probably haven't changed in 20 years. Not a whole lot of care in making the food. Given their location, the right menu and cooks could bring about a most welcomed change to this small town joint. Service was fine. Neither here nor there.
Understandably busy Father's Day, which is why we understood the nearly hour wait for our breakfast. I asked to omit one thing on my omlet due to allergies, and it came out with it on it. My husband's portions were tiny for the $10 price tag. And it was just sloppily thrown on the plate. No service whatsoever.
Hadn't been there in years, so decided to give it a try!!! It was great! I'm a soup eater and it was really good. Husband had chicken fried steak. He loved it!! We will be back!
Good food. Home town environment.
